Press and hold on the home background, and then press the “+” button that appears on top.

If the QuickMemo+ is not in the list of widgets, please try the following:
- Restarting the Mobile Phone Press and hold both the power and volume up buttons until a menu appears. Turn off the phone from this menu, then turn it back on. After that, check if the widget appears on the lock screen.
- If it doesn’t appear after step 1 Go to the settings of QuickMemo and perform a “manual backup”. After backing up, uninstall the app, then reinstall QuickMemo. Afterward, check if the widget appears on the lock screen.
